MSHS Varsity Boys Soccer (14-2-1)

The MSHS Varsity Boys Soccer team hosted Iron Mountain on Tuesday evening at the MSHS Stadium. Prior to the game, four senior soccer student-athletes from the Class of 2023 were honored for their contributions to the program along with their parents/guardians.
After controlling much of the play throughout the contest, MSHS was victorious by a final margin of 6-0.
First half goal scorers for Marquette were Kaleb Chipelewski (assisted by Henry Wood), Max Dawson (assisted by Ezra Pickard) and Pickard (assisted by Evan Sysko).
Second half goal scorers for MSHS were Dawson (assisted by Isaac Johnson), Johnson (assisted by Pickard) and Pickard (unassisted via corner kick).
MSHS goaltender Edan Hautamaki faced two shots in each half in net for a four save game total.

Tuesday’s contest served as Senior Night for four Class of 2023 seniors within the MSHS Boys Soccer Program. Congratulations to these soccer student-athletes and the success that they have achieved while playing for MSHS!
