Wrestling Qualifies Two for MHSAA Individual Finals; Lagrou and Kuhlman to Compete at Ford Field on March 6

For the first time since 2008, the MSHS Wrestling Team will be sending two representatives to compete at the MHSAA Individual Finals.

While competing at the MHSAA Individual Regional Meet on Saturday (2/22/20) in Gaylord, senior Joe Lagrou placed third in the 112 pound weight class and sophomore Wyatt Kuhlman placed fourth in the 140 pound weight class to qualify for the championship event.

In order to advance, wrestlers had to place in the top four of their respective weight class at Saturday’s regional competition.  The MHSAA Individual Wrestling Finals will be held at Ford Field in Detroit, MI on March 6-7.
