Varsity Boys Soccer (18-2)

Marquette 7, Houghton 1

The MSHS Varsity Boys Soccer team traveled to Houghton on Saturday (10/2/21) for a varsity soccer game.

Ezra Pickard got the scoring started off an Axel Vermaat assist.  Lamb Ngafeeson found the net later in the half and Max Dawson added a pair of goals before halftime.  Pickard, Vermaat, and Hayden Byma provided the assists on those respective goals.  Houghton got on the board just before the break to tighten the halftime margin at 4-1.

In the second half, Byma converted a penalty kick before Pickard and Dawson each scored again off assists from Evan Sysko, Pickard, and Kaleb Chipelewski.

Isaac Johnson faced six shots in net.
