The MSHS Varsity Wrestling Team finally got its 2021 season underway on Saturday, 2/13/21, when they hosted Boyne City High School, Kingsford High School and Traverse City-St. Francis High School for a quad meet in the Barb Crill Gymnasium.
Team Dual Results:
- Marquette 12, Boyne City 52
- Marquette 30, Traverse City-St. Francis 18
- Marquette 30, Kingsford 33
Despite just five days of contact practices to prepare for competition, MSHS wrestlers performed very well on the day with much to be encouraged about as the season unfolds. Five student-athletes went 2-1 during the meet:

- Luke Mead (152)
- Brody Caster (160)
The team will stay at home for another quad meet to be held on Wednesday, February 17, at 5:30 p.m. Other participating schools include Gwinn, Manistique and Negaunee.
