The MSHS Gymnastics Team finished their regular season by capturing the 2019-20 Great Northern Conference Championship.
Marquette’s student-athletes turned in big scores on every event, winning all four rotations. Individually, MSHS gymnasts continued to excel with many gaining season best scores and top-ten finishes.
A special congratulations to Ozzy Newcomb, who received recognition from the judges for most improvement on vault over the duration of the 2019-20 season.

The team will now have a short time off before they travel to Grand Rapids-Kenowa Hills High School to compete in the MHSAA Regional Meet on March 7th. The full team has qualified for the team competition at that meet with the following student-athletes also having met requirements to take part in the individual portion:
