Varsity Volleyball Earns Second Consecutive Victory With 3-0 Win At Menominee

Varsity Volleyball (5-16-1; 2-3 Great Northern Conference)

Marquette 3, Menominee 0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-15)

From Coach Crandell-Williams:

“I’m super proud of this team for earning their second conference win in a row.  Menominee has a strong middle attacker, and our team executed the plan to defend her to perfection. Our players also served consistently and passed very well, which made a huge difference, especially during that tight second set.  It’s nice to see a few things falling into place for them and I hope we can keep the momentum going into the Escanaba Elks Tournament this weekend.”

Team Leaders:

  • Kaycee Karp – 26 digs
  • Hailey Ridolphi – 8 kills, 9 digs
  • Cora Anderson – 7 kills, 5 aces, 2 blocks
  • Alyson McCarthy – 14 assists
  • Jessica Gooch – 4 kills, 2 blocks
  • Olivia Mackie – 2 kills, 4 digs
